Hannah Faith Carr

December 18, 2017 ~ May 19, 2018

On Saturday, May 19th, Hannah Faith Carr went to heaven to be with Jesus.  We praise God for every day and each blessing; especially, on December 18, 2017, when God blessed us with Hannah Faith Carr.  She was a miracle baby with Godly strength.  Over the past 5 months, thousands of prayers have been lifted up for Hannah Faith.  People who never met Hannah Faith or knew us were praying.  Praise God for all the doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, and surgeons in the NICU.  Hannah’s primary nurses were such a blessing and a God send for us.  Thank you all for what you did for Hannah.  For Hannah Faith Carr, her middle name Faith has proven to have a lot of significance & has moved mountains through the power of prayer.  Each person who prayed for her had to have some measure of faith in God.  We believe that people grew in their faith as they prayed for Hannah Faith.  We have felt God’s strength and peace through everyone’s prayers!  God definitely heard your prayers.

Hannah Faith was welcomed in heaven by her grandfather Robert Craven; her great-grandparents: Leroy & Helen Carr, Farrell Craven.  Left to cherish Hannah Faith’s memory are her parents, Mike & Kellie Carr; her big sister, Mia Carr.  Her grandparents: Denny & Julie Carr, Karen Carter, Larry Hairfield.  Her great-grandparents: Bill & Janie Carter, Shirley Craven.  Her Uncle Matt & Aunt Megan Carr.  Her cousins, Brady & Sydney Carr; and many other great aunts, great uncles, and cousins.

Hannah Faith loved being in her mommy and daddy’s arms!  She gave the sweetest kisses and smiled the most precious smiles!  She loved when we talked with her and sang her songs.  She enjoyed her big sister reading to her and holding her!

The Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, May 26th @11am at Mt. Holly 1st United Methodist Church.  Officiating the service will be Pastor Jerrianne Pyles & Minister of Music, Jeff Ingle.  Then following the service will be a time of visitation in the Fellowship Hall.  The interment will be at Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church in Ellerbe, NC at 4pm.
